Network Marketing Recruiting – Learn how to do it right

Learning to do network marketing recruiting online can be hard when you are just starting out.  When I first got started I sucked at it.  I did all kinds of crazy things.  Maybe you can relate to some of these things:

• Bought leads even though I knew they were bogus
• Created 68 versions of the same video but just changed the company name in each video.  I.e. Amway network marketing recruiting then PrePaid network marketing recruiting then Numis network marketing recruiting… you get the idea.  Add very little value with these videos
• Spent hours posting ads on Craigslist, Backpages and other classified sites – nothing wrong with this but there are easier ways to find people interested in network marketing

I could go on and on with some of the off-the-wall things I did to generate network marketing leads.  I even creates an MLM related ebook.  But enough about the stuff that didn’t work for me.  Lets talk about some of the things that worked.

Network Marketing Recruiting Secrets

I’m going to keep this at a high level otherwise this post will go on for ever.

• Find people to talk to – now I don’t mean calling friends and family.  You can “talk” to people through emails, audios and videos.  If you have built a list you can call them or give them an incentive to call you – free training of some sort or a review of their blog.
• Build your list of people in the MLM/Network Marketing industry so you have people to talk to – some easy ways to do this are to get people to opt in to some type training on your blog or give you their email from hitting one of your capture pages.
• Drive traffic to your network marketing recruiting focused blog – you could could create different blogs on various topics such as network marketing recruiting, MLM leads, MLM tips, network marketing leads… do some quick research and find out what people are searching for and then build a blog around that topic.

What else can you do to get better at Network Marketing Recruiting?

The last thing that I’m going to cover could be one of the hardest skills to master when it comes to network marketing recruiting.  What is it?  Just talking to people.  Why is it so hard?  For me it used to be fear.  I was terrified of talking to people.  I was scared of the potential objections that people might throw at me.  How much did you make in your first month?  How big is your team?  How much are you making now?  It goes on and on… How do you get over this fear?  Practice.  Get good at asking questions when talking to people.  Search for Ray Higdon and some of the other top network marketing recruiters such as Dave Wood and learn from the experts.
